Most of our services require preparation time to properly prepare the room for your treatment. Preparations may include the use of products. Due to the timing, cost of preparations, and to hold the room in anticipation of your visit, we kindly ask for the following considerations when booking and canceling an appointment.
We kindly ask you to provide us with at least a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations.
No shows or same day cancellations that are within 4 hours of your appointment time, 50% of the service will be charged in order to reschedule. For Gift Certificates, 50% of the service value will be redeemed. For Packages 50% of a single service value, at its regular price, will be redeemed.
Complimentary services: No shows or same day cancellations that are within 4 hours of your appointment time, to re -book a Consultation there will be a $25 Consultation Fee.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your face or body treatment. This will give you plenty of time to check in, use the restroom, fill out any necessary forms. Arriving late will rob you of precious treatment minutes as each session will be finished on time as a courtesy to the next client.
We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. Unfortunately, arriving too late to perform a service will result in full charges (equivalent deductions from gift certificates).
We recommend you plan ahead for your visit to our spa. We'll be happy to answer any questions you may have about our location, parking, dining options, etc.
While we make every effort to make our customers as happy as possible, all service sales are final. We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any used or unused appointments/sessions for individual services, service packages or service series.
We are constantly striving to create an environment founded in excellence, quality, and most importantly – the safety of our clients. For this reason, we cannot accept skincare product returns (with exception to clear defects in packaging or product) once your purchase has been completed.
